What are Go Soles™?
Go Soles™ are a simple and easy way to personalise your shoes. They improve shoe comfort and reduce fatigue in your feet, legs and muscles

Why should I wear Go Soles™?
Go Soles™ improveshoe comfort and reduce tiredness in feet, legs and muscles. They are quick and easy to fit and provide more cushioning, support and control that the original shoe insole. -
Who designed and made Go Soles™?
Go Soles™ were designed by Foot Science International in conjunction with help and expert advice from podiatrists, sports medicine specialists and physiotherapists. Go Soles™ are based on the proven shape of Formthotics™, to support the natural shape of your foot. They are manufactured under licence in China. -
What are Go Soles™ made from?
The bases of Go Soles™ are made from Biodegradable EVA foam covered with a layer of “Imprint” foam. Imprint or memory foam allows the orthotic to contour to the bottom of your foot, increasing comfort and shock absorption while relieving pressure areas. The Mesh top cover is infused with an antimicrobial agent to inhibit bacteria and fungi growth in effort to reduce odour. Go Soles™ also have extra padding under the ball and heel area of the foot to help relieve muscle fatigue and for shock absorption.

Should I use Go Soles™ all the time?
For maximum benefit Go Soles™ should always be worn during sport and general exercise.
Ideally you should also wear Go Soles™ in other shoes as everyday stresses can also negatively affect the foot causing pain and discomfort.

How do Go Soles™ work with my shoes?
Go Soles™ are designed to enhance the comfort and performance of your shoes. Once you have chosen the type of insole and your correct size you simply remove your shoe liner or insole and replace it with the go soles. Go Soles™ can be trimmed to ensure a perfect fit.

What if I have an Injury?
If you have lower limb or foot pain we recommend that you seek the advice of a Podiatrist, Sports doctor, Physiotherapist or musculoskeletal Physician. Pain suggests that you have a lower limb or foot problem that requires the expert attention of a trained specialist.
